In this section, the building has been designed to fit in with the sloped terrain of the plot. This has resulted in the main entrance being located on the street level, with
four levels below that used for parking, 13 levels above which contain the apartments, and a final level with a terrace, shared
spaces, gardens and a swimming pool. The first nine floors comprise ten one-level apartments, while the final
four floors feature four two-level apartments with double height in the social area. The size of these apartments ranges from
160 to 280m2.
